Submitted data is processed in real time and generally not stored permanently. When storage occurs (for debugging or research), data is anonymized and used solely to improve system functionality and user experience within Paniax-controlled environments.

Some PoCs and demos interact with APIs or services hosted on api.paniax.com or related domains. These follow Paniax’s internal security and confidentiality standards. We do not sell or share any submitted information with external third parties.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our demos typically do not use tracking cookies or external analytics. Minimal session or cache data may be temporarily used to ensure smooth performance and interactions.

6. Data Retention

Any data retained from demo sessions is stored securely for short periods and purged regularly. All PoC environments follow the same data retention principles as our production systems.
